I’m a freelance Executive PA and Business Support specialist with more than 15 years’ experience working with private clients, entrepreneurs and small businesses. I’m usually brought in when there’s too much to juggle. If something needs sorting out or the client just needs a reliable pair of hands and a sensible head.
My experience is varied by design. I’ve supported international business owners, property developers, private families and growing businesses. I’ve worked with authors and ghost writers too. That behind-the-scenes person every successful person needs.
I’ve also managed e-commerce websites and handling the day-to-day administration that keeps things moving behind the scenes. I’m incredibly efficient with organisation.
Dealing with confidential information is never an issue and I adhere to the clients’ requests if any protocols need to be in place. My daily workload consists of managing competing priorities, making calls, chasing things up, researching problems and generally figuring out what needs to happen next. I’m the person who says, ‘Leave it with me,’ and actually does something about it.
I’m available to work with clients remotely. I have a small portfolio of clients I work for in-person, but capacity is now limited. I deliver straightforward communication, discretion and initiative. I don’t need every task mapped out before I can get started.
My particular skill set is coming into situations that are a little chaotic, working out what matters, and bringing some order to them.
